  This theater is long overdue for upgrades. I went to watch Freaky Friday for the nostalgia, and while I was excited, the experience at AMC turned out to be terrible. The AC wasn’t working, the seats were old and worn—like they hadn’t been updated in decades—and the restroom near the entrance smelled unpleasant. As an AMC member, I had hoped to make use of my Stubs card, but the overall visit was one of the worst I’ve had. Online, the Dolby and laser viewing options looked impressive, but the poor ambiance ruined the experience completely. In the end, it just wasn’t worth it. If you want to enjoy a movie, I’d suggest going to a different theater.

  app glitched and messed up my food order, which they refused to just easily make right, so otherwise the theater is okay, the IMAX and Dolby experiences are usually great. This experience upset me and management made me feel like it was my fault. Just wanted to pass the buck. They need to listen and empathize with people better - especially in a time sensitive environment where people pay for things quickly and expect prompt service.

  I love coming to this movie theater. Their screens are so much better then other theaters I’ve been too and the IMAX theater is amazing! 🤩

  I love this AMC! It is located right in the Neshaminy Mall, so you have plenty of great shopping nearby. The theater experience is great, especially with premium formats like IMAX, 3D, Laser and Dolby Cinema. They have an on-site bar (though it’s a bit pricey!), and there are restaurants nearby to enjoy with friends and family before or after the movie.

  went here to go see primate- (movie good) if i wasnt shiveri g the whole dam time due to the staff ignoring us asking for them to turn on the heat, even they were shivering !!!!!! only person not cold was the manager warmed up next to the dam popcorn counter- screw this place never comming back & GIVES AMC A BAD NAME!! 20°F outside should not be 20°F inside!!! dont get me started about the sidewalk here. & No Recliners in 16...whoever said they did loed or on RX
