The Mahoning drive-in theater is an amazing Drive in out in the Pocano! Old-school with singing screen playing tone of classic. This is the second year we where able to make it back and is so worth the drive! Amazing movies and tasty Snacks at a reasonably priced. 8$ to 12$ per person to get too so no complaints there. 📼🎥🎬🎞

The best drive-in theater I've been to. They have a relaxed atmosphere, great concessions (with vegan options), tons of room for cars and camping, and they show mostly horror movies. Excellent experience.

THIS IS THE COOLEST PLACE. Facts. The selection of movies are impeccable and Mahoning does a great job curating themed screenings and events. The VHS fest is a not to be missed weekend thrown by Lunchmeat VHS and the legendary Saturn's Core. The concession stand is unmatched. Tons of great food and vegan options. Self serve hot food has PIZZA BITES and ive never had bad food the dozen times ive gone out there. The biggest draw is the community. Everyone chills, talks, hangs, and enjoys the movies together; its like watching your favorite movies with all of your friends. I simply cannot recommend this place enough. (I posted photos in the review of the screening of Gleaming the Cube. A local skate shop showed up with a ramp and all were invited to hop on. Great vendors, exclusive merchandise, and a skate contest before the film while punk blasted out of the speakers.) Kreb Up Frag Out

The Mahoning Drive-In Theater is such a special and nostalgic place. It’s one of the few remaining classic drive-ins, and the atmosphere is truly unmatched. Watching movies under the stars on real 35mm film makes the experience feel authentic and magical. The staff is friendly and passionate, the concessions are great, and everything is very well organized. This is more than just a movie night—it’s a full experience. Highly recommend visiting at least once (and you’ll probably want to come back again).

Had an awesome time at The Mahoning Drive-in. It was a great experience for my 1st time at a drive-in theatre. The reason for the 4 ⭐️ is their food options were very limited. If they stepped up their snack & food game it would be a win-win for everyone.
