I have worked with David as a Real Estate Appraiser as a mortgage professional for over 10 years and he has always completed excellent appraisal reports for our clients with fair and honest property values. He is very detailed and thorough in his analysis and valuation on each and every report. I trust David's exceptional work with my home buyer clients for purchase mortgages and home owner's for refinance mortgages. He is truly a professional and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs any type of Real Estate appraised!

I have dealt with David through my loan officer using him originally and then by personally using him myself. I also have referred David to clients and friends in need of his services. He is excellent, always professional, timely, and does a great job! I personally have used him myself and recommend him whenever I or someone I know need an appraiser.
