More on GoogleThis is our third time working with Armored Home Inspection LLC, and once again they exceeded every expectation. At this point, we wouldn’t even consider using anyone else. From start to finish, the entire process is professional, thorough, and incredibly informative. The inspection itself is extremely detailed, but what really sets them apart is the time they take to explain everything clearly and patiently. They don’t just point out issues — they educate you on what’s minor, what’s important, what’s urgent, and what can wait. That level of clarity is invaluable, especially during the stress

Curtis and Armored Home Inspections were recommended to us, and we were very pleased with the services. Lori was responsive and got us an appointment right away. Curtis and his assistant went through every part of the house, calmly and clearly explaining everything, answering all our questions during and after inspection. They were also able to get back out quickly when we wanted to add a sewer scope to the inspection. We trusted Curtis' level-headed recommendations and hope to be closing on our home in a few weeks! Even our agent, who hadn't worked with Curtis before, was impressed and said

Armored Home Inspections is amazing! Their pricing is reasonable, and cheaper compared to other inspection companies. Curtis inspected our property, and he was very kind and knowledgeable. He looked over everything with detail and care! I was really nervous to get our first home inspected, but Curtis gave us the care and attention. I felt respected and valued with this company!
