More on GoogleI'm being generous because Jennifer was helpful with what I needed and who was embarrassed by the treatment that I received from Ivy, who not only wouldn't tell me her name, but was also nasty, rude, impatient, and accused ME of being rude and nasty. Jennifer does her job well and was polite and courteous, Ivy shouldn't even be allowed to handle the phones due to her rudeness towards customers. Jennifer was sympathetic about the fact that I was trying to find out where my settlement check was, Ivy couldn't care less.

This is my go-to Title company! Have been using them for 7 years. Stuart & Ivy run a tight ship and close deals that other title companies make difficult. They have over 42 years of experience in the title industry. Professional, Knowledgeable, and Easy to work with. At this point they are part of my Team and I consider them part of my real estate family. If you need a title company to get the job done, I HIGHLY recommend Assurance Abstract Title Team for all your title needs.
