We are very pleased with our experience with Axel property Management! Our son rented from Axel in Junior and senior year. The properties they manage all have very high standard, modern, sleek, clean, designed with student's needs in mind. We felt in love with the first apartment we saw, our son loved his apartment so much that he stayed few weeks extra after graduation! We especially appreciate all the help that the office manager Genie gave us! Absolutely rude I called about a tour and someone named Jennifer was very rude and told me I needed to pay to get pre qualified in order to even see an updated version of the apartment. After me explaining that we don’t even know if that’s the right place for us she just hung up. Honestly i thought that was very rude of her and would not even want to rent that place or recommend to anyone else to wants to rent with them, they just want all the money they can get first hand and won’t even let you see if the apartments are updated and look like the pictures online.
