Steve help us in locating a home in PA while we were living in NC. Steve was more than helpful, including being at the property for inspections while we are unable to do so. Steve was a phenomenal help in buying our first home. We were originally working with another (wonderful) realtor who unfortunately didn’t work in the Lehigh Valley, so she referred us to Steve. He was a great help, and even more important to us, he was very patient. It was our first time buying a house, and at the time, my fiancé and I were working on almost opposite schedules.
