More on GoogleAWFUL. Not responsive and severely lacking attention to detail. need to be followed up with 10+ times to get a straight answer. Mailed a final escrow check to wrong address in a whole other state altogether and were surprised that it wasn't received.....

Worst experience EVER. Just know if you choose this title company you better pay VERY close attention to your documents!! They failed to see double payoff on my title & I myself had to request every payoff & correct numerous issues they just said “well I don’t know” luckily the had an Amazing realtor who was able to use previous connections with other title companies to help guide me!! As it stands now I’m in a new state and cannot start house shopping because I have to wait for my double payoff to be released from my old mortgage company because Core didn’t failed to realize it or inform me i

The company was friendly, but I gave one star because they are unreachable by phone, voicemail full and email, lack follow through on project.We bought a house 2 years ago and money was collected at closing for a bill and they NEVER paid the bill even after several reminders. UNPAID bill causing a potential lien on property. I would not use or recommend this company..
