More on GoogleThe worst title company to deal with I tried to deal with Betsy on the day of my closing she will not answer her phone calls or emails I went to her office she’s in there with her husband laughing and giggling and left us in the waiting room for 20 min with out seeing us so that’s a bad experience with that so I had to wait couple days for another closing day unprofessional people! Never again

I have used Emerald for more closings than I can count at this point. Betsy goes above and beyond to make sure everything is always taken care of and on point. We are buying and/or selling multiple properties per year, and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

After a tiring search going house to house I must say I was worn out! Then we found the home we were searching for.... offer accepted & time to close! After working with Emerald I must say it was a breath of fresh air. We worked primarily with Betsy & Christine who were very helpful & answered any question we had throughout the whole process. I would use/recommend them in an instant!!!
