More on GoogleSue Pacella was great at preparing us for and subsequently guiding us through closing day for our exciting home purchase. As first-time homebuyers, we were not familiar with the process at all, but Sue thoroughly explained everything we were signing and made sure we understood what was going on every step of the way. She made us aware of several important resources that helped us familiarize ourselves not only with homeowning but also the area into which we moved. We highly recommend her and Germantown Title Company for a pleasant and no-nonsense experience.

Dana and Germantown Title Company are awesome! The process to prepare for closing was smooth and easy. The team answered all our questions about closing, documentation and title insurance (something we knew nothing about). We are happy with the service and pricing. Highly recommended.
