More on GoogleI did not have have any services performed by James Dougherty Appraisers, but I did request a quote from Jim (owner) for the purposes of submitting an appeal for property taxes with Philadelphia. Jim informed me that the chances of me successfully receiving a reduced market assessment were unlikely. Rather than 'taking my money', he took the time to explain the process and provided an honest and professional opinion free of charge. I wish more businesses operated this way.
