More on GoogleI needed a fully qualified appraisal as of a certain date to satisfy IRS requirements. Alek was familiar with what was needed. He responded immediately to my inquiries and visited the property within a couple of days. The full appraisal was done in a week at a fair and reasonable cost. He certainly appears to know his business, is very responsive to any questions and provides quick service. He is highly professional. I highly recommend him for any of your real estate appraisal needs (estate, tax, divorce, sale, etc.).

I had a unique situation with probate and extenuating circumstances that Alek handled with professionalism and candor. The work done on the appraisal was truly reflective of retrospective nature of the home and Alex had the experience to accurately and thoroughly provide insight that others could not. He showed up when promised, delivered in a timely fashion and kept me informed through the process.

Alek Petreski from New Jersey Real Estate Appraisal completed an unbiased third-party appraisal on my home during my divorce. He was professional, straightforward, and thorough. He explained everything clearly, was on time, responsive, and delivered the report quickly. His pricing was fair, and the entire process was smooth. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable and honest appraiser.
