More on GoogleJason was prompt, highly professional, and deeply respectful of our home and our privacy. And his report was delivered exactly within the timeframe he specified. What more could you ask for? I am an estate executor and navigating this process has been extremely stressful. But dealing with Jason has been a breath of fresh air and a reminder that there are still plenty of people out there doing good, honest work. If you need an appraisal, Jason is your guy.

NJ Property Appraisals did a great job. I would definitely use Jason again for my personal homes and recommend him to my real estate clients. Super fast response time and always helpful with any questions that come up. Don't hesitate to hire NJ Property Appraisals for all your appraisal needs.

Jason Kreisman DEFINITELY knows his appraisal business! When my father passed, I had no idea what direction I should go to list his property on the market. My real-estate agent suggested I first get it appraised and he recommended NJ Property Appraisals and I am so glad I followed his advice. Jason was understanding of my situation and worked with me in a kind and professional manner. The property actually sold for more than what it was listed for, and I contribute that partially to the knowledge that Jason has from his many years in the industry. Thank you Jason for all your help.
