Alan and his team are amazing! They’ve helped me with zoning issues, getting variances and anything else real estate related. I use them at least half a dozen times, and Alan has never lost a single time for me!! Not only as his pricing fair, but he also stays on top of me anytime I forget to send some kind of paperwork. Literally the best real estate attorney that every Developer should use!!! I am including a picture of the last project he pushed through for us. Everyone told us it’s a hard one.
