If i could give Ryan 10 stars I would! when i purchased my home i used the title insurance company my real estate agent suggested. i asked that the home be titled jointly with my wife and not as separate individuals; and they did it wrong. Luckily a few colleagues highly recommended Primary abstract Title Insurance when i refinanced my home and i couldn't be happier.
