More on GoogleThis company is scam and will hold your money and never pay contractual liens accordingly or as promised. You can try to contact them and they will not respond. I called the owner and she acted as if she knew nothing about liens not being paid 5 months later, also never following up to make sure matters were handled quickly and appropriately. Just beware because closing went smooth and now I know why. Insurance was not paid, utilities not paid, nor back taxes. Meanwhile, money was paid at closing from by lender. I was told about them from another realtor, but do NOT give them your business.

The absolute best in the business. Professional and experienced closers at this company put other companies to shame with their quick turnaround time and well managed closings. This is my goto title company. I have done more closings with them than I can count and I am looking forward to many more.

I met Quick Abstract team through Saudia Cheatcode Seminar this year after losing my husband in Dec,2023 didn’t know how I can do it all by myself … I invested in going to the meeting and I’m so grateful I did. Kesha and her team helped assist me with navigating getting an LLC. Even though it was obstacles with my specific need, they didn’t just give up on me, their team did the research to find out what’s needed and got everything complete for me. Im forever grateful. Thanks Abstract and Ms Gant🫶🏾
