More on GoogleBEWARE. they will charge you for normal wear and tear on apartments! They charged me $75 for bathroom not being “up to their standards” and there being “spots on the sink fixture” after I deep cleaned the whole apartment before leaving. Lease even states that you can’t be charged for damage above “normal wear and tear”. I would avoid at all costs if you can!

The nicest people around the office lady’s are the most respectful people sweet lady’s they help you and try to Sulve any issues David ur a good landlord one big family ☺️ I think I rented from you 721 east Hamilton back in the day
