More on GoogleI recently had the true pleasure of working with Dean and the Trout Creek survey team on a Boundary Retracement survey on a property in Paradise Township. The 25 years of experience and knowledge was clearly evident. Dean was very communicative throughout the process and was supportive of completing the survey within my timeline. While on site, Dean and Ray went over our property markers multiple times with the latest/newest equipment to make sure everything was perfect. The markers hadn’t been seen or touched since the 1950’s! I can’t recommend this team and business enough!

I highly recommend Trout Creek Professional Land Surveying Services. I used them recently to map out a new property we have purchased. The whole team was excellent. From the moment i reached out i got a quick response with full and transparent information on the various survey options, cost, and the timing of when the survey could be done. The week before i got confirming outreach to make sure all was set. The day of the job a really great team showed up. They were right on time, had big smiles and great attitudes despite that it was a really hot day and the area to be surveyed was large.

Words cannot describe how great Dean and Trout Creek Surveying was to work with to obtain a survey for my property. Dean was always VERY responsive. Dean and team were able to provide a survey for a property where limited information was available, due to old references and drawings. His knowledge and expertise in this field truly were shown with the detailed information and documentation he provided. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
