More on GoogleIf I could give them zero stars, I would. They have repeatedly saved my card on file and automated my payment without my permission causing overdraft fees to my account. There were numerous raises in rent over a two year period without warning. Dealing with the Manager, Chelsea Grube, is literally like nails on a chalkboard. She is mean-spirited and unhappy in life. Thank goodness that I was able to empty my unit and close my account just before Xmas.

We have rented a vehicle twice and had one storage unit with this facility. All were positive experiences. Storage facility is clean and easy to access. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would use this location again

I’m not happy with them right now they debited bank account on Wednesday and there was no was no money in the account and I had told them not to debit my account that I would pay with the app or in person or by phone
