More on GoogleThe company performed Boundary Survey of my property. The quotted price was very reasonable and competitive with others in the area. Communications with the representative and the owner was clear and timely. At the agreed date and time the surveyor came out do the job. During the survey they have identified a problem that was created by the original surveyor back in 70s where the property perimeter did not close. The surveyor spent two full work days doing the measurements on the property and in the area so that they could be compared to other deeds in the neighborhood and proper boundaries co

We've had a great experience with Bercek and Associates to date. They have been incredibly responsive to emails and calls and have gone above and beyond to get us what we need. They sent out a qualified land surveyor who spent significant time walking the property and establishing boundary lines with stakes and pins. Would highly recommend!
