More on GoogleWe used Don for a business property and a piece of land and he did a great job on both. Both of the appraisals were very detailed and done in a timely manner. I would definitely use Don again if we need any properties appraised in the future.

I hired Donald for an assignment for a challenging property and could not have been happier with the report. His report was detailed, well-researched, and had a strong set of comparables that supported a strong conclusion. As a former appraiser, I was impressed. Highly recommend!

Don was very professional. He was accommodating to my time needs, thorough in his review, communication was excellent between us, he was even flexible when I needed to adjust the time frame.
