Homer Inspection Services

I would definitely recommend Homer Inspection Services to a friend. I'm a first time home buyer and was very new to it all. Ernie was great with explaining everything and answered all my questions thoroughly. Nothing felt rushed and I felt very confident in what I was getting myself into when purchasing my first home. His report was very detailed and easy to understand. You can tell Ernie has so much expierence and that he truly cares about his clients.

I can't say enough about how excellent this company is. They are an excellent team, and incredibly thorough. Online scheduling was very easy. I called to ask questions and 5 minutes after they missed my call they texted me and answered my questions right away. The inspection was thorough and the inspector answered every single question I had throughout the entire 4 and a half hours. Finally, they had a full report ready for us within hours of finishing the inspection, even though they finished at 5:30 pm. Thank you so much, Homer Inspection Services, for making what felt like a scary process
